No payments are active

Scrollsmith does not currently accept payments, activate subscriptions, or sell premium access. There is therefore no current purchase to refund.

Before commercial launch

A complete refund and cancellation policy will be published before checkout is enabled. It will identify eligibility windows, subscription cancellation behavior, supported payment methods, processing timelines, and any legally required regional rights.

Do not send payment details

No Scrollsmith page should currently ask for card information. If you encounter a page claiming to accept payment for this developer-stage product, do not enter payment details and contact hello@usescrollsmith.com once the mailbox is active.
